Accessibility statement
We want everyone to be able to use this website.
This statement applies to prideinplaceredditch.com, run by the Greenlands and Woodrow Neighbourhood Board.
You should be able to:
- zoom in up to 400% without the text spilling off the screen
- use the whole website with just a keyboard
- use it with a screen reader such as NVDA, JAWS or VoiceOver
- change colours and fonts using your browser or device settings
- use it in light or dark mode, following your device setting
We have written the text to be as simple as we can. If you have a disability, AbilityNet has advice on making your device easier to use.
How accessible this website is
We know some parts are not fully accessible:
- Some meeting papers and minutes are PDF documents from the council website, which may not work well with screen readers. We publish a plain-text summary of each meeting on this website.
- The neighbourhood survey is run on Maptionnaire, a separate website. Its map may be hard to use with a keyboard or screen reader. You can give the same views using the forms on this website, by email, on paper or at an event.
- Social media posts, if you choose to load them, come from Facebook, Instagram and TikTok and may not meet accessibility standards.
Getting information in another format
If you need anything on this website in large print, easy read, audio, braille or another language, email board@prideinplaceredditch.com. We will reply within 10 working days.

The Greenlands and Woodrow Neighbourhood Board is committed to making its website accessible, in line with the Public Sector Bodies (Websites and Mobile Applications) (No. 2) Accessibility Regulations 2018.

This website aims to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) version 2.2 AA standard. It has not yet been fully tested, so we cannot yet say it is fully compliant.
How we tested this website
Testing before launch will include keyboard-only use, zoom to 400%, screen readers, and automated checks. We will publish the results here.
