Every board meeting: what was on the agenda, what was decided, and who declared an interest.
When we publish
- Agendas and papers: at least five working days before each meeting.
- Draft minutes: within 10 working days of the meeting.
- Approved minutes: within 10 working days of the board agreeing them.
The formal record is kept by Redditch Borough Council at board meetings, agendas and minutes. Documents here are the same ones, with a plain-English summary.
