What we collect, why, who sees it and when we delete it.

Who we are
This website is run by the Greenlands and Woodrow Neighbourhood Board. Redditch Borough Council is the accountable body for the board and is the data controller for information collected here. You can contact the council's Data Protection Officer through Redditch Borough Council on 01527 64252.
What we collect and why

You never have to give your name to share an idea. We ask only for what we need.
For grants that are awarded, we publish the name of the idea, the amount and, for groups, the group's name. We never publish an individual's name.
We keep a short-lived, scrambled code made from your internet address (not the address itself) for up to one day, to stop our forms being flooded with spam.
Who we share it with
Board members and council officers supporting the board can see what you send. We do not sell your information, use it for advertising or profiling, or combine it with other data. We use these companies to run the website. They process data only on our instructions:
- Vercel: hosts the website. Pages are served from London.
- Supabase: stores form responses and sign-ups, in Frankfurt, Germany (EU).
- Resend: sends our emails, from Ireland (EU).
- Zoho: hosts our email inboxes, in its EU data centre.
Vercel, Resend and Zoho are companies based outside the UK. Transfers are covered by UK data protection safeguards.
Visitor statistics
We count page visits using Vercel Web Analytics. It does not use cookies and does not collect anything that identifies you. We use it only to see which pages are useful.
Your rights
You can ask to see the information we hold about you, to correct it or to delete it. You can withdraw consent at any time. Email board@prideinplaceredditch.com.
If you are unhappy with how we have used your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk or on 0303 123 1113.
Photos at events
We tell people when photos are being taken at our events and you can ask not to be photographed. We never publish photos of children without written consent from a parent or carer.
